By accessing and using Hypertranslate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Hypertranslate provides an online fun translation tool that chains your text through multiple languages using the Google Translate API ("translation telephone") and shows the intermediate result at every step. The service is provided as-is and may change without notice.
You agree not to use Hypertranslate to create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for all content you create and share using our service.
Hypertranslate respects intellectual property rights. You retain ownership of the text you submit. However, when you create a share link, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of letting you and other visitors replay the same Google Translate Fun translation. You must not submit content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Hypertranslate and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses. Machine translation results are provided for entertainment purposes only; we make no guarantees as to their accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Hypertranslate after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hypertranslate operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
